QUICK FACTS
- Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery; once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped
- We will always confirm a suitable delivery date with you before the item leaves our depot. Please ensure your details are up to date as we will need to speak with you in order to confirm a delivery date
- To get an update on your order, call us on 01763 802124 or email your personal Branx Fitness representative (whom you will have an email and contact details for after your order has been received) on the day that you have arranged your delivery for and they will be able to update you more accurately with an approximate ETA
- Please note that once your order is confirmed fully, we are unable to alter the delivery address

- Delivery Timing:On an agreed date, between 8am and 6pm

Collect From Us

- Notification:You will receive an email and/or text message notification confirming when your order is ready to be collected from us
- To collect your order from us, you will be required to show:
- Confirmation e-mail
- Official photo ID (passport or driving license)
- Payment card used for the order
- Exceptions:
- Please ensure you have the box dimensions of the item you are wanting to order from us and that you have carefully measured up the vehicle that you plan on using to collect from us in to ensure the vehicle you are collecting in can accommodate the item safely

- If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please make sure they bring:
- Confirmation email
- Letter of authorisation that permits this person to collect on your behalf
- Official photo ID (passport or driving license) of the purchaser
- Official photo ID (passport or driving license) of the person collecting
- Original method of payment or PayPal confirmation
- Branx Fitness will keep your order for 10 days, after which your order will be cancelled and returned, and your original method of payment will be refunded (except for personalised items)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
QUICK FACTS
- Complimentary exchanges & returns within 30 days
- Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment, and are available for purchases made in the UK only
- Item must be in perfect condition, unused
- The item must be packaged using the original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets, or boxes included
- No exchanges and returns for personalised items
RETURN YOUR ORDER
- Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the return. Refunds can take up to 10 days to be processed after the cancellation of the order

EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
- Items purchased online from the UK website can be exchanged by calling Client Services on: 01763 802124
- Please note customers will be liable for related charges in making the exchange.
PAYMENT FOR GOODS
Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, or PayPal with a valid billing and delivery address*. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. Bank Transfers are also accepted; in order to pay by Bank Transfer, please contact our Client Services on 01763 802124 . Please note that processing purchases by Bank Transfer can take up to 6 business days.
When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.
All transactions are secured. The Branx Fitness website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.
