The RO-XL-1 rower uses air resistance generated by the fanned flywheel and it responds to your effort on every stroke, leaving you in full control at all times.
We use adjustable footrests on our indoor rowers for quick and easy sizing. The footrests accommodate a wide range of shoe sizes.
