An excellent piece of equipment

Having found Branx fitness online and seeing that they were a local, well established business I decided to read up on the equipment they supplied. I found the specs for the Cardio Pro met my requirements and went ahead and ordered one. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak and restrictions, there were delays in the supply chain, but Branx were upfront in phoning me and updating me on the likely delivery date. They maintained contact regularly by phone and email to provide progress reports on shipping.
My Cardio Pro arrived yesterday and was so easy to assemble with only 8 assembly bolts required to be put in to place. The assembly was perfect, the machine performs very well and it has excellent features commensurate to a commercial 'gym' machine. I would highly recommend Branx and the Cardio Pro to anyone looking to invest in a treadmill.

Delivered today, easy to assemble. Struggled a little bit an employee from their Instagram called me and told me what to do. This is awesome customer service. Very nice treadmill, simple yet slick and output of speed is great for me. Bluetoothing songs from phone to the treadmill speakers is an epic touch. The comms through ordering, arriving into country and delivery had been great. So far, very happy. Well done guys

So i can honestly say that buying a treadmill is hard. I placed this order a while back but my God it was worth the wait. This little beast goes up to an incline of level 20 (cardio pro model). It is also very very quiet as i have neighbours downstairs. Being none technical i wanted to make sure i assembled this correctly, so i wrote an email to Pamela and within the day Peter from Branx Fitness responded with a phone call to put my mind at ease. This is well worth the purchase especially if you want to watch TV while walking as cardio can be boring but we all know its well worth it. These parts are made in Germany (i trust German products - my car is German) so it will not break easily. This is honestly amazing for this price and what a service during this time is fantastic. I also want to make you aware even the driver that delivered this product was amazing he was well mannered very professional and helped me carry this. Thank you again you really lead by example! Good product and great customer service!

I did a lot of research on treadmills and this is the one I finally decided on. It’s very sturdy, easy to assemble and straight forward to use and I am a complete novice when it comes to home exercise. It has a long belt for the taller people and is very quiet. Very happy with my purchase, communication from the company was second to none.

I purchased this treadmill because of the reviews. Treadmill delivered within days to far end of Cornwall, free of charge. Communication from Branx excellent. Delivery guys were super friendly and helpful, got the package as close to the entry of house as possible due to Lock-down. So simple to construct, ( Took longer to unpack ). Quality is 5*
I have used this treadmill for approx 1 hour everyday for nearly 3 months. I can genuinely say it's perfect for my needs. Simple to operate, very quiet, even at speed 12 ( highest I've got to date). I've purchased a clip on fan which plugs into the USB on the treadmill. Have oiled the belt a couple of times and slightly adjusted the belt once. Both tasks simple. I'm so happy with this treadmill. No issues. Fantastic. Would highly recommend this product.

Great treadmill. Quite. Folds up and down effortlessly. Easy to assemble. Easy to change settings while running. A wide range of gradients and speeds. I love the USB on the dashboard, so handy. I haven't encountered a single problem, and I'm using daily - Highly recommend.

Great treadmill for working out at home

This is a great treadmill and has been perfect for working out at home during lockdown. I placed my order back in March expecting delivery in June but had a call from the company to say they could have one to me the following week. Excellent customer service. All the family are using this for running and walking (we are four adults) and it is working really well. It is sturdy and has a good selection of programmes. Incline is up to 12% so great if practising hill climbs. It has a useful USB slot and also has bluetooth connectivity so you can play your music through the running machine rather than headphones if preferred. Buttons on the display panel and hand rests seem pretty sensitive and work well. Overall very impressed with this treadmill. It isn't quite as wide as one you might find in a gym but it is wide enough and perfect for use at home. You can also fold up the base to store if needed. The only criticism I have is there is no pause button which would be useful and once you hit stop you lose all your data from the screen, but these are only minor issues compared to how good the treadmill is for us.

This treadmill has proved to be an excellent lockdown purchase. All of the family have been using it - myself and my wife who run fairly regularly anyway, and all the 3 kids (16, 14, 11) who were not into running beforehand. Its very easy to assemble, and very simple to use.Initially we thought it would look big and bulky in the house but it isn't a cumbersome design and fits in fine. Also, having used some treadmills in gyms before I was worried that this being a bit smaller it may not be sturdy or big enough for me to run on comfortably - but it's absolutely fine and comfortable to run on. The speed and incline adjustments are very easy to use, and it is actually fairly quiet in my opinion. So a great investment for sure.We did have a technical issue where the treadmill cut out sometimes when it was being used, for no apparent reason and showing no error message. Once I contacted the customer services, they got back to me straight away and put me in touch directly with their support engineer. This was just after the start of lockdown so I was worried that we may not be able to get the issue resolved. However, the engineer (Peter) had a long phonecall with me to make sure he could work out what the problem was. He assured me he had not heard of this issue happening on one of their treadmills previously. I later went through many of the reviews on here to check and could not see report of anything similar. Anyway he managed to work out the problem, track down a replacement part, send it to me by post and gave me the instructions for how to fit it. He couldn't get an engineer to me due to the social distancing restrictions, but ultimately managed to get the solution in place. And now we have used the treadmill regularly since with no issues whatsoever of cut outs. Due to the issue, and the time taken to sort it, he extended our warranty to more than cover any of that.
So a great treadmill, and great customer service.
