I have owned the Cardio Pro since beginning of June.
I have found it to be excellent in all respects.
It is very sturdy and has excellent controls.
This replaced a previous well known make that was manufactured in China & cost almost the same price.
This Treadmill is in a different league in both Quality & Specification and definitely Customer Service.
Had one initial problem that was resolved immediately by Customer Service,who could not have been more helpful.
This Company could teach the High Street a great deal about Customer support.
If the budget is circa £500 then nothing comes close to this - Hefty Motor,Sturdy Frame,Easy Controls,Auto Incline,Brilliant Customer Service.

This is a great home treadmill Packed with features and stands out from any of the others in its price range.
Now, anyone who has experience of using a treadmill in a gym will instantly recognise this is not a gym grade piece of equipment, don't get me wrong this is great and sturdy no question, I just don't want you ordering this and being disappointed that it isn't as big as the one you use down the gym, that said the running area is just fine and the motor is great I have no problem with this at all. My experience with the delivery was not as glowing as those reviews previous to mine, I live in the North West of England, and the guys just wouldn't take it upstairs to my bedroom, they plain refused, but that mattered not in the end as I lugged it up there myself and set it up myself in under 30 mins.

My old (really old) treadmill packed up a couple of weeks ago and I didn't realise how good it was until I started shopping around for a replacement. My original treadmill was large, almost like a commercial one, so looking at size and weights of new ones for the home that were within my price range was disappointing (they all seemed small and flimsy by comparison).
So, with £500 budget, this Branx cardio model kept coming up in my searches. It had the highest rating from the largest number of people so I couldn't ignore it. I did think with the gushing reviews there may be something dodgy but decided to trust that these were genuine and put in my order. I am so glad I did...
Once the order was placed, I very quickly (within a few days) received a phone call to arrange for delivery at my convenience, with an absolutely no pressure offer of assembly too - I wasn't sure and Peter suggested that the machine is easy to put together and advised we give it a try before spending more money. What a great start - moved on now filled with confidence especially knowing we could always get back in touch with Peter to ask for any further help if we needed it.
Treadmill arrived by arrangement in Friday and my husband and I set about assembling the it on Sunday - well packed and in straightforward minimum number of pieces (literally two with a few nuts and bolts to stick them together). The running board is extremely heavy but we managed to get it upstairs between us - just but once in place, really easy to get the console on.
Sadly, when I took the wrapper off the console section I immediately noticed a mark in the plastic. There was also marking on the footplate. Not happy! I took photos and on Monday, emailed these to Rachel who had initially confirmed the delivery with us.
Within an hour of me sending the email Peter rang me to talk about my complaint. He was kind and courteous, readily accepting that the quality checker must have missed the marks and sought to resolve the matter by asking what I would be satisfied to accept - refund, discount or exchange. As the marks do not in any way detract from the overall running of the machine, I was happy to accept some generous discount which was graciously offered by Peter.
I explained to Peter how delighted with the machine I am, that my fears about it being smaller than my old one were unfounded - it is neat and compact, really easy to assemble as he had suggested and, it runs well. I'm also delighted to find it has Bluetooth function which I wasn't sure about as other reviews don't mention it and, its not clear in the spec - bonus, the Bluetooth is the icing on the cake!
I'm not going to go on about how good the machine is as loads of other people have written about it - I just wanted to share my experience here and simply say take note if you are considering buying this treadmill or anything else from Branx - don't look anywhere else, you won't go far wrong as the machine is great, excellent value and the service is even better - the gushing comments are now increased by one!

I use this treadmill 4-6 times a week, and I usually run/walk 6km within 30 minutes so it takes quite a pounding!
The treadmill itself is great, can handle the different speeds and inclines well and is quiet whilst doing so. I would honestly say it is great value for money.
I had encountered an issue but it was resolved very quickly by the team at Branx. Not only were they extremely helpful and quick at resolving the issue, they didn't charge me any extra even though they were within their right to. I've never encountered Customer service as excellent as this.
I'm not one to leave reviews, positive or negative, but after how they handled the issue I felt compelled to.
I can highly recommend this product. Not just for the equipment but for the aftercare it comes with!

Elite Runner Pro (The bigger mchine)

The cardio pro machine in photo has max speed of 17kmh and the Incline is 0-15 levels auto and max user weight is 130kg.
HOWEVER, MY REVIEW IS OF THE ELITE RUNNER PRO. Which is the photo I have shared, as this is the machine I upgraded to.
I purchased the elite runner pro which is the bigger treadmill also for sale on Amazon.
The treadmill arrived on the date and time arranged.
Assembling the treadmill.
When the box was opened there are 10 screws. Putting your machine together literally takes about 15 minutes.
Performance.
I have had the treadmill for a couple of weeks and have had a few runs on it. Firstly the machine does make a small shushing noise, do not be alarmed this is normal to the otherwise very quiet machine. I have it on a wide landing upstairs and my runs do not thump like my other running machines always did. So its quiet. Before you run on it I suggest you take the lubricant oil and put 3 drops both sides of the treadmill under the belt to prevent any kind of slipping. The belt does get loose with the delivery and just to not have that initial slip. Which can be jarring. Once this is done the treadmill runs like a dream.
The speed goes up to 21 km which is higher than most standard machines for sprinting and splits training. There are 9 different programmes I have tried so far to improve different parts of your training, hilly etc. There may be more I have not had the machine long. But after the first week I have already lost 2 inches from my waist. Running is smooth and it makes you run better, checking your form combined with the ease of the machine, enables you to run longer. This treadmill has all the bells and whistles and feels just as good as any treadmill in the best commercial gyms. I personally think its better, why? Well, having the integrated built in bluetooth speakers inside of the treadmill is genius. No headsets necessary for you workout. The volume of the speakers are pretty impressive with a full bass sound, my treadmill is in my hallway and so the speakers sound even louder and this totally distracts me from the gruelling workout, by tricking me into the joy of my banging tunes. Love that I can pause the music and adjust volume through the controls on the motherboard of the treadmill. Which has a The mother board does also contain a built in fan, which could be stronger but that is a non-issue if you are in a well ventilated position in the house. If the key is not attached on start you will get an error 07 message on the motherboard just attach the red key.
The incline also is higher than most at a 22 incline and you will find that halfway up the incline is super hard, and unless you have marvel superhero strength, you won't be using the highest peak very much. But it is awesome!
This is a very big powerful machine, Maximum runner weight of 160 kg. I have dreamt of having a good, sturdy, machine for years. Since having this machine I just wish I had bit the bullet years ago.
This is the best treadmill I have ever had, it has improved my run, motivated me to run more. I look forward to waking up and getting that first run under my belt. Not only that, but having the machine here, I sometimes run at night before going to bed and I would never go to the gym at night too much effort so that's an added bonus.
The mother board is big enough to place your ipad on if you are an avid walker, and I have jogged with the ipad on it, it holds securely enough with the gel cover on the back. Even the cup holder actually works I place a water bottle in it, and run and it stays put, a first for me in a home running machine.
Pros everything above, quiet, easy assemble, fantastic customer service from Peter, and Rachel. Much more machine than you pay for this machine could easily go for £2,000. So the £799 asking price is an absolute gift. Strong sturdy machine feels like it will last for years, no shaking or noise. Built in bluetooth for your music, watching Netflix's or listening to an audio book makes the time fly by. Impressive sound with a great bass when listening to music through a treadmill. Love it!
Cons. Nothing from Branx the service and the machine are amazing. Cons.The delivery guys.
If I had to give cons the fans could be stronger, but this is not an issue for me, and in making the fans stronger this could add to the noise.
Completely overwhelmed with the high standard of this machine. I will never buy any other gym equipment from another company. I have found my brand, I highly recommend if you are looking for gym equipment you cannot go wrong with the Branx make. I was thoroughly looked after from start to finish and after assembling the machine myself, I have had no issues with it at all.

It can be nothing but a 5 star review, first off the assembly was easy and took about 15 minutes, I would say it is best to have someone with you for mounting the dashboard so you do not damage the wires.
The treadmill is really robust and more like something you would find i a gym than home. It is wide and has a really high user weight which is great for the larger person wishing to start assisting with their weight loss.
There are pre programmes for you to use but I really liked the fact I could start off slow walking pace and just increase the speed to what I was comfortable with when I wanted. With the gradient settings you can make it a bit harder work which I will use when I have a bit more fitness than now.
One thing to note ;is the customer focus the company have, I was rang to arrange a delivery slot of my choice and then backed up with a text to make sure I was ok in the setup and if I has questions. The conversation I had with their customer service was at 8pm on the day of delivery now that is what I call commitment to customer satisfaction.
I would buy again in confidence without question, don’t just think about it buy it and start your private fitness Session in the comfort of your own home

I have run on commercial treadmills for years and I can assure you the Branx treadmill I have is as good as any commercial treadmill I’ve run on. For the price you can’t beat this treadmill. It’s easy to assemble, very comfortable to run on, easy to use and looks good too. You can’t go wrong. One last thing, the customer service is the best I have ever received from any company I’ve dealt with. Truly amazing. Great people.
